Some Rddhkwjs® skincare products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses. Certain products may also be prepared and dispatched from affiliated production facilities or logistics partners located in countries such as the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Rddhkwjs® works with leading international carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and local delivery partners to ensure your skincare products are delivered safely and efficiently to your doorstep. We are committed to providing a convenient and reliable shipping experience.

The estimated delivery time is typically 10–20 business days. Once your order has been processed, a tracking number is usually issued within 24 hours. Final delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination country or region, customs clearance procedures, and local delivery conditions.

Payment is charged at the time your order is placed. All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipment. This verification process may take several days. To protect against credit card fraud, orders may be delayed or canceled if billing information is inaccurate or additional verification is required.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we immediately begin processing it. Therefore, changes to your order, including shipping address modifications, cannot be made after checkout.

Products will only be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Shipments are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand or for popular skincare products, additional processing time may be required. Orders will be shipped as soon as product availability is confirmed.

If multiple products are ordered, they may be shipped separately due to inventory locations or partner production facilities. As a result, items may arrive on different dates.

Delivery Times

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Additional Charges

For international shipments, import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply when your package arrives in the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Rddhkwjs® has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, any import duties, customs charges, return shipping fees, or related costs will remain the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Rddhkwjs® is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier confirms delivery.

If tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation or file a claim.

When reviewing claims regarding damaged or missing deliveries, we may refer to tracking records, delivery timestamps, and proof-of-delivery information provided by the carrier. Claims submitted too late or without sufficient supporting information may not be eligible for review.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete.

Because order processing begins immediately after purchase, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been submitted. If an order has already entered the fulfillment process, it may not be possible to intercept the shipment or modify the delivery address.
